Green Lake Bungalow  

A classic Seattle bungalow’s second story remodeled to update the look and increase functionality while maintaining the spirit of the neighborhood aesthetic. An efficient floor plan was developed with Sortun-Vos Architects, providing an additional bedroom and two bathrooms. The master bedroom is now part of a master suite, complete with walk-in closet, and all the family members now sleep on the same floor.

The clever design makes the most of a small space. Features in each bedroom reflect the personalities of the family and inject a little “wow”.
