08/25 - Kind Words
Sometimes praise comes from unlikely sources.
When working on a project, obviously our priority is to provide our clients with product and services we’ve promised, and do so efficiently. With the client at the forefront of our thoughts, we still need to navigate the sub-contractors, designers and jurisdiction. Sometimes there are disagreements, but we always keep things professional.
Earlier this week, I emailed some information requested by the City of Clyde Hill, the jurisdiction we just completed a house in. As it was deserved, I expressed gratitude to the permit tech at City Hall in the email. She’s been great at communicating and helping to move the project along facilitating “on the inside.”
She replied with this short note,
“You and Felicia were a pleasure to work with, one of the smoothest projects we’ve had. I hope to see you in Clyde Hill again soon.”
We do too, Teri. Thanks for the compliment and kind words. They do not fall on deaf or unappreciative ears.
