08/25 - Custom Home: Clyde Hill Nantucket – Trim Out

The homeowners are scheduling movers for our custom home in Clyde Hill.  While it will be early December before we have all of the sign-offs and the trucks back up to the garage with a family’s earthly belongings, things really are taking shape inside.

Here’s a short photo tour (I can’t wait until we have a professional photographer in the house to really document it) of some of the updates.

Pantry LOVE!

Kitchen with the electrical trimmed out, backsplash complete and most of the appliances in.  As you can see, the range and hood are among the appliances not yet installed.

The backsplash is ceramic subway tile.

Plumbing trim out is also complete.

And all of the light fixtures are installed.  Below is the entry chandelier.

A look at some of the wall sconces.

On the exterior, the hardscape has been poured, a new fence is under construction and the landscaping is yet to come.

Stamped concrete at the patios.

I look forward to updates on this projects as it wraps up.  The cleaners are scheduled for the start of next month, so not much longer!
